Very very dissapointed with the overall experience of this order it took 13 days to process the order and emails sent to customer service of 5 emails only one was answer and it took 5 days to get a reply so i am not happy at all with the way you guys are handling orders.
I've had a couple of issues, I sent requests and many times don't receive an answer.
Very good service. My product didnt come the day it said it would but come early next day.
