Wondering why an order placed on the 10th and received on the 24th. Took so long?
I waited for a week since the order was processing and processing but nothing was shipped. After I sent various messages finally they acted and sent it, and after that it was delivered fast.

I was disappointed that my first time order welcome coupon wouldn't work. Customer service said it wouldn't work because the item I was purchasing was on sale but when the message pops up offering a discount on your first order in exchange for your email address it doesn't say anything about coupon restrictions. That created first impression skepticism and made me want to cancel my order but my boyfriend is a loyal invicta customer and really wanted the watch so I went through with the transaction. Great products just seemed a little shady with the welcome discount issue.
