No exchanges allowed. Had to send back first watch and still haven't received refund. I went ahead and ordered a different watch which I love. No issues with new watch. I feel the refund is taking too long.

Improvement needs to be make in order processing. I placed my order on 1/3 and it took about 10 days for it to ship with numerous inquires (on line and phone calls) about the status of my order. The item did show in stock at time of shipment. I realize my issue with Fedx is not an Invicta issues, but once it shipped and I was provided with a tracking number, it took about another week before I received it. Lots of aggravation! Perhaps Invicta should spend less on the product packaging and more on your order processing/shipping procedures.

It is misleading to say grand total is X dollars, without saying it was a minimum $99 purchase for free shipping. This is the third Invicta watch I'm buying in the past month. Should be a better way to handle that. It's also a major inconvenience to require a signature for FedEx when typically no one is home during the day.
