Generally it was good.
It took a few days to get my tracking number, and an additional couple of days for the shipment to start moving. Customer service was helpful in getting my tracking number to me immediately when I called to check on the status of my order. I am extremely pleased with the watch itself. It seems to be very well made and looks great. Great value for the money. This is my first Invicta, but it won't be my last.

I have my complete watch Collection now, thanks to Invicta. I have swiss made quartz movements to swiss made automatic chronograph movements. My Collection starts with a pro diver, Venom,limited addition Sea base,various S.Coifman,limited addition pro diver with a meteorite face and my latest, Glycine GLO119 and GLO114!

I called a couple of times I'm trying to find a tool kit that fits the larger sea hunter watches where i can take the backing off to replace a battery. On the website it's not showing one and the one i didn't order didn't have what i needed to take the back off. When i called asking they said just check the website which wasn't helpful
They didnt have what i initially ordered and tied my money up for 2 weeks. I had to call into customer service a few times to get my problem resolved.
