Frustrating that after 1 week of waiting for info, I had to contact customer service to find out if my order had shipped. Then I was told it was scheduled to ship that day. Makes me wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn't called...
I love the watches themselves but the inside of the boxes seemed dirty, as if they had been used. The watches were not securily placed in the boxes. Two of them were actually moving around.
