I paid $59 for overnight shipping. Ordered on Jan 25 in the morning. Package arrived Feb 3. A full 10 days later! This was purchased as a gift and the overnight fee was supposed to get it to me quickly. I called to express my frustration as I could have just had it shipped standard for free. I was told that the policy of processing orders takes 4-5 business days and therefore I would get zero refund on overnight shipping. Lame experience
