It would be nice if the return policy was updated to being able to return items for a full refund past 30 days of delivery.
Overall experience was great for ordering the watch and shipping was also very fast but, I have sent 2 emails asking about the display at 6:00 on the Star Wars Model ******* watch! I have not received a reply as of today 2/14/2020! All I would like to know is what is the display indicating? Nothing in the manual indicates what it is or how to use it?

There needs to be an option to have a different billing address from the shipping address. Ridiculous that they must be the same. How can you buy gifts?!?!
Also, you guys need to print instructions for how to set up & start each watch. The booklet & online instructions are too vague. Shouldn't have to call customer service or look up how to videos on YouTube. Ridiculous!
