Watch I ordered was on sale in previous week. I didn't checkout of my cart in time. I contacted to see if company would honor lower price and they told me no. The next week it went back on sale and I had to red order for the lower price and return the forays watch. Disappointing because we have ordered a few watches in the past

I do like the watches and selection of styles. I have experienced delays in shipping that I would like to see the company address because you are excited about a major purchase of an item like a beautiful watch - to have it take a few weeks to get here does not match up in the time other companies can deliver products to you... Also, I have found some excellent prices on the website and placed multiple orders that were cancelled by your customer service department stating the watch is no longer available. If the watch is out of inventory your system should be able to track that instead of a feeling there was an error on the site pricing and you did not honor it... This has happened twice.

At the beginning the order was slow but after that the shipping was fast
My lower scores are related to the fact that I did send an email and you sent me a survey. My referenced email was related to returning the afore mentioned order. I am awaiting the refund or credit to my account as requested. I ordered a duplicate watch. I have returned the watch. The watch is fine, just don't need a duplicate.
