I have gone rounds with customer service in emails, and I will never purchase from invictastores.com again based on the way they handled my issue. I purchased a watch for a graduation and needed it by the following week. I paid $30 for two day shipping, but it took more than a week to receive it. When I contacted customer service inquiring about reimbursement for the 2 day shipping (took approximately 7 business days), the respondent didn't show an understanding of the issue, then stated that the 2 day shipping didn't include the time it takes for them to get their product to the shipper. When I inquired how and where that was communicated, they said that it was in their FAQs and on their checkout page. When I told them that it was absolutely not on their checkout page (I generated another order for verification), they apologized that I was having such a hard time with their website. Gaslighting me, seriously? It was not on their checkout page. I didn't go back to check their FAQs, but come on, are you seriously digging around a website to find a one liner?When the option to pay for expedited shipping is easily accessible, the disclaimer should be as well. Every other product I purchase online has an obvious disclaimer on the shipping page if shipping could be delayed, at least the reputable ones do. I only asked the company to do the right thing and reimburse me for what i didn't receive. The end result? You blame me? Keep that $30, lose business from me and anyone who will take heed to the warning that the customer will not be treated fairly. In my opinion, it is a bad business practice, but that is their choice.
