I received the fast watch the only problem was that I got broken but quickly I contacted the customer service and they sent me everything to return it they responded very quickly

The order process was smooth and easy. I loved the watch I ordered however, I was not pleased with the way I received it. The box that the watch was encased in was basically coming apart. The top was detaching from the bottom and whom we've packaged it should have noticed it prior to placing it in the box to be shipped. All in all, the watch was not damaged but I was not able to give the watch as a gift in its original box.

You offered "overnight" delivery when in fact it is expedited shipping if I would have realized that my brother would not have his watch on his birthday I would not have chosen "overnight " instead of paying $60 for a service that I will not (did not) receive.

The watch is nice I like it. It doesn't sit well on my wrist like other watches I've purchased. It takes the fun out of wearing it.
Product and pricing are great but the time between when I placed my order and when you shipped it seems long to me. I have another order in now and your several weeks between the order placement and when it ships, that's too long in an age when I can order from Amazon and get it the next day. I love your product and I'm a collector but you need to improve your shipping time!
