Said 3-5 days and took a bit longer which was a bummer since I was pushing it ordering it so late. So I had to give my gift later then planned. Life happens though and the watch was beautiful.

I ordered a product previous to the one I received that I really, really wanted. When I hadn't received it in two weeks, I checked the tracking and got an error message that the item could not be delivered. I called customer service and was told that the item was out of stock. Why advertise something you don't have or have limited amounts. The customer service rep was very nice in explaining why it could not be delivered, but did not offer to assist me to suggest a very similar item that would be available.

Little Upset by receiving a men's pro diver 51.5mm model ******* that looks like a display, I receive the watch with no rap on the watch also the Invicta case inside was dirty and no returned label. I never received any of my other invictas this way! Why now?
