I received an email that the watch that I wanted and ordered was out of stock. I am very unhappy that a product would be advertised and held out as available and then have the rug pulled out from under the order.

I ordered the graffiti watch and I was hoping that it had a lot of graphics because you really don't know what you're going to get because everyone is different but I was very satisfied with my watch I love it I am an Invicta collector I have about 18 watches and by far this is my favorite one keep up the good work

Great overall experience. I only had 1 issue with a watch I got. It didn't work so I sent it back so they can exchange it for the same watch. I hope I don't have to wait long for the exchange.
