I buy a lot of watches from you guys and one of my watches had a scratch on the side pretty deep but it's not worth it to try and return it and go through a hassle but you guys need to check your watches before you send them out especially with a customer like me that likes to buy a lot of watches if you cannot bring your level of inspection better, I will have to buy from ShopHQ

On this purchase you were the only vendor offering this particular mode (#*******) l but it's cost was about 30% HIGHER than other vendors selling very similar models (#9211, #9223) just different color dial.

Placed an order for two of the same items and paid for expedited shipping. One of the items shipped immediately from one warehouse and after calling customer service I found out the second item was shipped later from another warehouse. I paid expedited shipping costs and got half of my order in the expected time frame. Shipping cost was 1/2 the price of one of the items. This was unsatisfactory.
