I received the watch and was completely satisfied with it however as I stated twice in my messages to you I paid extra for 2 day shipping but did not receive it until 4 days later. I feel I should receive a refund for the extra shipping cost since I did not receive it within the promised time frame. Obviously no one read the message as your response read that the produce was being shipped but made no reference to my question.

You do have many watches to choose from. It took a while before I chose the one I got. Needed it for a wedding. I did have to remove 2 links but the watch is awesome..
One of the items I ordered looked a little different in person once I got it. I ordered a men's bracelet and it was thicker than I thought it would be. Not my style, however it will make an excellent gift. I will be keeping it and giving it away. Still a good product.
It seems like they changed the color of the watch I ordered.
