I was very disappointed. First they shipped me the wrong watch with someone else's information and watch. Then when I called to express my problem and told them I was leaving on the cruise the following week it still took several days for me to receive my new product which should have never happened like that. It was your mistake not mine. I think I should have been compensated for your errors.
I feel that 3 days to ship an item is a bit excessive these days. Will likely order directly via amazon in the future so I am not waiting over a week 1/2 to get an item.
I never received my order. Tracking info shows it was signed by a BHECT at my location but we dont have anyone by that name.
