I made the order and needed it immediately. I paid for express 2nd day delivery. 4 business days and 1 weekend later, no watch. I contact Invicta using an email. I day later, an Invicta rep. Emails back that the company usually takes between 4 and 5 business days to ship any order. If I had known this fact, I would never paid extra money for immediate delivery. Also, if this is the policy over at Invicta, it should be made known to potential buyers BEFORE they make payment for an item. I am sure your sales would drop substantially.
