Ordered 3 watches, 1 came with no plastic on watch making me think it was a store model and not brand new, very good condition though. 1 came with plastic on and looked brand new. Last 1 the crown was broken and price was scratched off yellow tag, definitely not brand new... had to send back for a replacement or refund if they are sold out, all are limited edition and out of stock already so im a little upset with the damaged product and that i will miss out on that one.

Invicta stores is great! Customer service is great. Watches are incredible. Fed ex...different story. Missed 3 delivery dates. Next time I'll choose overnight shipping. Am buying another watch next week
