I got my watch in a timely fashion but it came in broken I opened box and went to set the time the stem came out in my hand I sent yall a couple emails

I bought a pre owned CERTIFIED watch. The description said it might have scratches and some wear but it would be in perfect working order but it was not! The crown comes right out of the watch it looks like where it screws to the stem it was broken. Can't wind it or set the time at all. I know these are no return items and if it wasn't actually broke I would suck it up but it was supposed to be certified and in working order! IMO they never checked to see if the watch actually worked or not. I sent a message to Invicta but have not heard back, I know at this time it might take a while so I will wait a little longer, if they can send me a replacement crown I will have my repair shop replace it so it works. I really do not want to send it back it's a limited edition and there are no more available

I thought I was ordering a man's watch. I have small wrists but this watch looks small when wearing it. I dont like the size.
