I received the watch and still waiting for my free football with this purchase. I was told my one of your customers service agent that one would be sent, still waiting. Your shipping time is too long even if customers paid for 2 days shipping it took over a week with out any reward for being patience.
Hi I received my Watch however the buckle is broken and I'm not happy about it because I have to spend extra money to repair it.

The arrival time was spot on and the product came very well packaged yet descrite enough to not draw attention in case I wasn't home to receive it. The pictures do the watches no justice. What a great surprise to love them even more in person. My fiance and his son are still in shock from the purchases. Price and product alike.
