Took forever to ship. Prices going lower after I order and they aren't shipped. You charge my card before shipped so you have my money for several days before shipping. You shouldn't charge until shipped since you take forever. 50 50 weather support gets a hold of you.

I received a product that is defective. While I am adjusting the time the crown stem comes out. The watch is still running but I could not adjust the time. If I sent it back it will be another month before I could wear it. So I suggest to sent me a new stem so I could have repair at local watch repair I trust.
