My only complaint is I need another purchase after this one on April 1 it's still not has not shipped
Didn't even know the order shipped as is still shows processing after 14 days. Watch is beautiful (blue variation) and the pictures online don't do it justice. The same watch has different color variations and they were all different prices. Didn't want to lose the watch since it was showing as liquidation price so I bought it even though another color variation was cheaper.
I emailed the support team and never received a response. While I love Invicta and the product that I ordered, it was a gift for my mother so it had the packaging slip with the watch.

Returning this last watch was not an easy process. I had to call back numerous times to get my return processed. The sales staff was professional but did not follow up with their commitment to send a return label. I had to call back numerous times because after connecting with main number I was disconnected more than once. Label was eventually sent by email as I requested a week after my initial contact.

Shipping charges were way to high. $12 is extorsion for sunglasses and an empty case.
I received some items within a short period of time but the remainder of the order was delayed. I did not receive notices that items would be delayed and customer service did not respond back to my queries or responses were delayed.
Watch is absolutely phenomenal! Watch is heavy and well built. My only issue is that the instruction manual was generic and not watch specific. Having a hard time finding the proper instructions.
I'm giving a try to the Invicta watch, so far no issues and a great gift from my wife.
My son loved the Invicta watch. The only issue is that it had become jostled around within its box surprisingly because it seemed to be packaged well. So I was surprised when he opened it and it wasn't sitting where it belonged in the box. Otherwise everything was very good. Thanks.
The product was shipped and then re-called. The first person was very nice, but she did not know why it was re-called and assumed that I had returned it, which was kind of scary. She did the research and found out the reason, you forgot the authentication certificate. There were NO NOTES placed in there about the confusion on why it was re-called, she luckily did put everything in. I followed up the next day to see when it would go out and was hung up on twice until a gentleman helped me and got things squared away. A real confidence shaking 15 day experience with your company's competency, especially on collectors pieces. You can check online, I am not a big complainer. This may be the 2nd or 3rd complaint in my entire life for an online experience.

Site is easy to navigate with a great selection and a smooth checkout process. Products received as described and promised, but delivery time was a little slow. Yet, patience is a virtue because Invicta is well worth the wait.
