This was my 2nd purchase from invicta. This did go better than the last, except for one really major thing. The 1 of a kind item was placed back on the site for sale 6 days after I bought it. I was told that this was because the item had been just purchased and would be taken down shortly, when service rep found out that I had bought it 6 days prior and it had already been taken down once and put back up, he got quiet and I was told to hang on while he put me on hold. I literally tested to see if it was a mistake so I put it in my shopping Cart, went to PayPal and was one click from re-ordering. He got back on the phone apologized for the mix up and assured me it was being removed from the site immediately, 10 minutes later it was. This was either gross incompetence or fraud, I'll go with the first. Either way, your system of execution needs a lot of work and is really scary to say the least. This is especially true when you're dealing with collectors pieces that people are paying Hundreds, maybe Thousands of Dollars for.

This order went Great. I am currently waiting for an order placed March 28. I have talked to Customer Service about this issue and They were very helpful. But, I still do not know when the products will arrive.
