It took more time expected to receive one of my time pieces. It seems to be the norm, I am not comfortable with this norm. When I pay for a product, I expect it to be delivered in a reasonable time frame. Your website is not user friendly and does not contain useful information to assist customers on tracking their shipment, compared to many other websites.

Hello, my experience past and present Invicta watches shopping has always been exceptional. The watches are fabulous and keeps on ticking without any problems. I have purchased several watches for myself and my family and we're all delighted with the quality of the watches.
This was my first time purchasing an Invicta watch. The ordering process was effortless. Delivery was quick. And the overall quality of my watch is superb! I will be ordering again soon.

Waited for the 30% discount. Good watches, but poor support for older watches. The straps will definitely break on you if you let them get too dry.
Too slow in shipping many times. I have an order in now that has been 'processing' for 2 weeks
My 2nd Invicta watch. If it works as well as the first one it won't be my last.
This order actually went fine but I'm still waiting for a previous order from 3/28 that they wont respond on. I've emailed and called and I'm still waiting even though watch has been shown as in stock on website again.
I tried calling and no one picked up

The only downfall was the shopping. It took days before I received a tracking number so I was unable to track the shipment to see if I would have the watch in time for my fiancé's birthday even though I ordered it a little over a week prior to his birthday.
