The captiva (or whatever the term is) for the words or letters you need to type on this website is always terrible. You can never read them and today they were showing a complete error by only letting you see the first letter. As a consumer this is very frustrating and time wasting. Overall from a buyer standpoint there could be alot of improvements on this website.
My order# ******* was cancelled and you guys do not honor the pricing error that you guys made. I am very upset of Invicta.

Overall my orders did come in. The first order I had was delayed do to an issue with stocked items. In the end I received my product and when there was a delay I was contacted ahead of time to notify me of the delay. So far all of the products that I have ordered have been exceptional.
