The watch was a bday gift for the husband. He had seen some he liked in Sam's Wholesale but selection was low when I was ready to buy. I was very skeptical about ordering online for the fact of not being able to physically see in person. The price was much cheaper online and I liked the idea of free returns. Very satisfied customer!

Customer service were really bad very disrespectful I called him three times and I was on hold for about 45 minutes each time because I order a Watch and I ended up getting a used watch and I called him several times to try to resolve the situation and I sent a couple of emails and I was told the supervisor is not available is working in the warehouse and we are working out of home and one of the representative promised me that he will call me back Mr. Oswald and he never did call me back terrible customer service.
