I was quite happy with the watch I received. It is actually nicer than I expected. And it arrived quickly.
Called a gruffy old gentleman to cancel two orders that i had ordered the day before to take advantage of free shipping and to purchase those two items and a third due to the shipping charges being free. He told me that he would cancel them but never did until a week later then he only canceled one. In the meantime I had reordered those items and an additional watch because he was supposed to cancel two of them. In short my wife ended up with two identical watches and I had to wait approximately one month to receive my 12 pc tool kit of which two pieces broke during their first use. I tried calling customer service several times and each time got the gruffy old fellow that hung up on me once and really only canceled the one order after repeated requests or I would have ended up with two 12 pc tool kits. Maybe I should have as the first one is now worthless to me and you can not order individual pieces but only the entire kit!

It took almost a month to receive my watch. I understand the situation with the Covid pandemic however an email or something would have been nice to receive letting me know of the extended processing time.

Watch itself is very fine, but leather strap is very stiff and hard to close. Hoping with usage it will be more pliable.

After receiving the watch, I observed this beautiful watch not running. Ok, it needs a new battery, I thought. I took it today for the exchange and still not working.
