Your Customer Service is Horrible and Non Existent. The only thing u have going for his Good pricing, otherwise, U Suck! Very Long Shipping times, Don't Answer phones or emails, don't care about your Good customers, blah, blah.

I purchased two watches and a case. One of the watches was marked down within 12 hours of me purchasing it. I reached out to request a price adjustment as outlined on your website. I did not get a response. I kept reaching out and finally got someone several days later who told me that they could not do anything about it because too much time had passed.

I love shopping with invictastores. My husband is a huge fan of every watch he gets. They ALWAYS have deals, quick to ship and deliver. I've never had a bad experience.
Ok I have several orders that I am still waiting on. I have received 1 item of 1 order. And on one order, I have only received about 1/2 of it. On another order, I received one item. Then, I see they are sending the rest of the order, but they are sending a duplicate of the watch I already received, and instead they are shorting me on another watch that I ordered four of, I am only gonna get three. Very messed up. I will be calling customer service, after I see what I ACTUALLY receive.

I sent an email and re wives no response back. I also called number to find out if I could adjust the watch band easily myself or have to take to jewelry. The numbers rang for a long time and no message or human answered at Service center in Sandy.

I love invicta watches and was very excited to receive my watch which i got fairly quickly BUT the other part of my order (8 slot impact case) was delayed. And that took an adition 2 to 3 weeks which I was very unhappy with despite constantly seeing it advertised for sale after. But I finally got it and was satisfied. But I have another watch order pending right now and it was ordered a whole week ago and I still have not seen any update or tracking on it. Order # *******
