The one thing I dislike, there is no packing slip included with my orders. I have multiple orders from you. It makes it difficult to inventory items, and separate what I received partial shipments of. Very irritating!

I bought a really nice Black silicone type watch at your Times Square location, while at a conference at the Marriott marquis in March 2018. The stem has broken off for some reason. How can I get it fixed as I love the watch. We have bought a number of Invicta watches. Please let me know how to get this fixed.

Shipping charges too much for such poor services.
I like the price and the product, but the shipping was too slow. If shipping isn't any better, I think you should charge less for shipping.
