I ordered my case in the beginning of April. I just received it not long ago because of the pandemic. The company could have reached out to say your orders may be delayed because of this situation. Nobody said anything until you call or write an email. So, what I am saying is once a purchase has been made send a follow up email saying that it may be some delays because of this pandemic and expect a longer process or delivery time as oppose to normal times.
