This purchase was handpicked by my father for his birthday gift. The purchasing process was excellent. The product arrived and looked even more brilliant in person. The shipping container and the product packaging were both sturdy and in good shape. This watch is big and stately, and ideal for dinners, Sunday's best, or dressing up. My father has had his watch for about a month now, and he still loves his pick. I would purchase from Invicta stores again.

Unfortunately, some items listed as having a Swiss movement, do not. I have had to send back over 5 purchases. One service representative was not concerned that this issue is even happening. Somehow, they believe that because SWISS standards have changed, it's ok to falsely indicate the watch they have sent with a Japan quartz movement is a suitable replacement for a 6 or 13 jewel swiss movement. Sadly, this is not acceptable and should not be tolerated. I believe INVICTA to be a superior watch company, yet current sales practices are changing the customer experience and conveying a message to the customer that is not favorable for continued purchases.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE, BOTH OF THEM, ARE VERY UNKNOWKEDGBALE OF SITUATIONS THAT PEOPLE( US CUSTOMERS) HAVE WITH ONLINE SITES, THESE TWO PEOPLE COULD NOT EVEN THINK OF THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING, YOU COULD THEY BOTH WERE EASY TO FEEL STUPID AND HAD NO ANSWERS FOR BASIC QUESTIONS, PLEASE I WOULD NEVER ALLOW A COMPANY OF MINE BE REPRESENTTD IN ANY WAY BY THOSE STUPID, CAN'T UNDERSTAND FOOLS. PLEASE JUST SHUT DOWN YOUR SO CALLED PHONE SERVICE. IT DOES YOU AND YOUR FINE TIME PEICES AN UNJUST.
