I placed an order on May 2nd and still have not received a notification that it has been shipped. I sent two emails and received no reply. I also called and was holding for almost 20 minutes, I had to hang up.
Easy service
I am waiting ona #1 marvel #1 venom pd 350.00 for it supposed to come with autogragraphed eyal paperwork. Ordered may2 2020 I call cant get through after waiting 2 hrs. Have sent several emails no answer. I have bought 50 + watches from invicta. Shop hq gets your stuff to you on time and have no problems contacting them. I go on my account it says I have no orders coming whats up!
The only thing that bothered me was that the watches' batteries were running, which gave us less running time
I ordered three invicta watches however one of them was thru amazon. However the 2 mens watches i ordered directly from invicta. One was amazing the Army one we just sent back to store due to scratches chipped paint. I emailed and sent pictures and sent it out last week. I asked for in store credit as my boyfriend wanted a different one as he thought it would be hard to not arrive scratched due to type of paint. Hopefully when they receive package I get my credit for watch and inconvenience of time without watch
