The watch I bought was $97 cheaper the very next day on your site. I tried emailing but never even a reply. A little disappointed with customer service

Solid watch for a solid price.

Disruption to the supply chain made any sort of delivery expectation, unrealistic. Loved my items, absolutely loathed, and detested the shipping. Currently still waiting for orders placed weeks ago. Received two refunds for items i really wanted. Overall ok experience. However supply chain uncertainty may affect any future transactions.

Delivery was very delayed-- bought for my son's birthday, but came days later.

Never got a straight answer from Customer Service and ended up paying a higher price. Has had a negative effect on my shopping with Invicta in the future.

Prices and discounts I very much was satisfied but the delivery time needs work because I didn't receive all of my order until a month later of purchase

I love the Invicta TV program. Your presenters are well informed & do a great job explaining the features, function & benefits of each item. It took over 3 weeks for the watch to arrive after receiving a notice that the order was being cancelled. The rotating bezel is very hard to turn.

The watch as always is great quality and spectacular. I wish the delivery was a little faster.

Fast and easy purchase and check out however, very slow in processing my order but take the money right away. Then when called to ask where my order is. The customer service was not helpful and said we are 8,00 orders behind you will get it when you get it.

Thank so much. I greatly appreciate the service and the prices and I'll definitely be doing more business with the Invicta Store. I love my purchase as well.

Just wish there more update packages came in three different boxes over three weeks
With no email on delay but products was perfect

The watch in this order arrived OK. Other were damaged. The way the watches are packed, they could not have been damaged during shipping. Probably damaged during handling before being packed. Quality control in this area needs improving.
