Shipping took entirely too long. At one point the product was delivered to the incorrect address. No other issues besides the shipping.

I couldn't find the watch I'd found a month prior to me placing my order. The watch I ordered is okay but it didn't look like the picture online. Its still nice. Too much of a hassle to return it so I'm keeping it. The shipping and delivery was absolutely horrible. It may be a while before I place another online order. I'd rather just go into the store.
Quick and easy check out. Easy access to specs was nice. I'm petite so I need to see the case size on each watch. Delivery was a little slow but reasonable. I love both watches I ordered.
I like the watch I got but it took almost a month to get it and I know it had to do with the COVED 19 but Invicta should not have so many sales going on that you can't handle the load and not putting on the website that there was going to be delays in shipping.
Could not get through to customer service, I was on Gould for 45 min and got nobody!

Thre online experience was quick and easy... the delivery took forever. I paid for 2 day shipping but didn't get the product until over 2 weeks later. I'm confused by what 2 day shipping means at Invicta.

The stones in the women's watch were supposed to be orange and they are all clear like diamonds, very unhappy!
