Two watches that were ordered and received were NOT as described. The ******* is boldly titled as a "SWISS MOVEMENT" quartz watch. The description continues with "this stylish timepiece is powered by a finely crafted Swiss Quartz movement". The product specs indicate a "6 jewel, SWISS Ronda 5030.D movement". When received, the watch back indicates this watch is a Japanese quartz...this is NOT even close to the same quality. The 7044 / 6984 also boasts: "this stylish timepiece is powered by a finely crafted Swiss Quartz movement". This model also provides specs that state: "6 jewel, SWISS Ronda 5040.D movement". As with the previous model, this watch also was received with a watch back that indicates: "Japan Chronograph". When asked about this discrepancy, customer service reps are NOT well informed and do not understand that you can NOT advertise a watch to have a specific SWISS movement and then send out a Japanese quartz movement and expect your customers to say nothing! Like buying a Mercedes Benz and upon picking it up, they bring out a Toyota Prius and expect you to accept this discrepancy! This is NOT acceptable and this should NOT be tolerated. My personal experience included a representative that intended to reduce my refund with the cost of return shipping for an error that INVICTA Stores created!

I've purchased two (2) watches in the past, however this was the first time going through invicta's online store.Since you can only make a first impression once, my Initial impression isn't good of the online store. The time frame of receiving my watch was satisfactory, however the watch was running slow and I've exchanged it for another watch that I'm expecting by the close of business next week. I wish this survey could be delayed until then.
