I love Invicta's watches. My only issue is the communication as far as what is going on with my order status. Update was real slow. I get the things we are dealing with right now. But I have received quicker delivery and response from other companies during this time.

Took a while to get here
My order was placed on May 1. I emailed Invictastores.com around May 13 and received an automated response 'an email will be sent when the order is shipped.' On May 26 I called a warehouse number and was told Invicta was having issues and was given a name, contact number and email address. I called the number, no answer and so I emailed. Got an email reply that my money would be refunded to my account, which it was on May 29. I had ordered a watch in March was pleased with the turn around time and the product. I REALLY wanted the watch and would have probably reordered but NEVER got to speak to anyone. With emails I keep getting I was going to order another watch, but I guess not because I was never told why my order was cancelled.
I ordered two watches, one for my son's birthday and one for my birthday. They both arrived on time (when expected) and in excellent condition. My son and I both love our durable, functional, stylish watches!

I love them! Since then, I have bought 2 more watches and they have arrived as well. I also bought an Invicta watch for my husband, and I'm waiting for it to arrive, it is a surprise for him!

Smooth and easy, since I first bought my first Invicta 7 years ago I have never looked at any other watch hence love my Invicta watches. For the guy and gal who likes a truly gorgeous watch Invicta is the way to go.
