Watches look great. Delivery was longer than expected however Invicta explained that was due to things out of there control. Items arrived shortly thereafter. No problems.

This order as well as other orders I have received I have received damaged. The Iforce watch was fine but the Reserve Pro diver was not wrapped and had a few if the bracelet links were scratched. I purchased this watch as a gift. Luckily I was able to take apart the bracelet when I sized and weed out the scratched links. I really love Invicta watches but I am not very confident about buying from invictastores.com

Took long to process and send order. I sent an email and got no reply. Watch finally came. Satisfied with watch and price however.
Good price but too late in the delivery and when I call for my order the costumers service in Spanish is terrible
Product and prices are great but delivery is terrible! This took a month to reach and when I asked them about the tracking after three weeks passed they told me I could cancel my order or wait it out. That wasn't much help. I needed it for the 6th for a friend birthday gift and it came on the 9th.
Delivery took too long. I hope the next one I bought arrives soon. I need to father's day.
