Usually very good service and products, but this time one watch came within a week, it took over a month for the other watch to arrive and when it did it was damaged and had to be returned.
I love my product! Invicta needs to do better on relaying shipping info once items are sent out. I received absolutely 0 shipping info! This is needed because knowing arrival time will prevent a package from just sitting outside on the porch ALL DAY while at work. I'm lucky I live In a decent neighborhood. Do better with shipping confirmations Invicta! I don't want my watch to get stolen because I have no idea when it's going to show up.

When I called customer service several times I never got a answer it I was on hokd for over 40 minutes all 5 times I called and when I emailed I got some automated email response days after...STEP YOUR GAME UP.
