Received a code for 10% discount, wasn't applied and absolutely no response to my inquiry
Customer service would not answer (put on wait hold by the computer answering program) when called over a five day period and holding each time for approximately an hour with a question. Also the Invicta site has an option to send an email with a reply coming from Invicta estimated to be in a day or so. No reply either to two separate email questions. Waited over six days - no reply.
Shopping experience was great and easy. Its a Father's Day gift for my husband so I am looking forward to his reaction.
