I'm truly impressed with your products. My husband and I order a lot from you. We have bought for other people. Also told friends about it. Now they are buying as well. Family members can not believe our wonderful the watches are. Even church members we have bought for. Thanks for your wonderful products. We would love to be able to come on a cruise/event in Florida. My husband is retired military man. He deserves that trip. He give so much back to his country even now. Once again thanks.

I ordered 2 watches that showed In Stock. One shipped after about 4 or 5 days and I got it a few days later.
There was no explanation as to why the other had not shipped. Contacted customer service by email. A couple of days later I got an email saying it was being shipped. It was another week before I got it. It took entirely too long for all of this. I had ordered for a graduation gift and sad to say did not have them for graduation party.
My husband wanted to replace one Invicta watch with a new model. We were very pleased that you had such a great sale going on. The watch is very handsome and my husband is very pleased.

Let me start by saying that due to covid 19 I did expect delays with deliveries but not a whole month an a half also customer service number no one ever picked up and it was very hard for me to track through online it wasn't till I contacted the better business burea that I had someone emailed me in reference to my watch I won't order any invicta watches through this email ever
