I'm absolutely allowing for the fact that you might be having "Covid problems", but answers to my questions about purchase confirmation, shipping date, shipping delay came slowly. 1-2 emails went unanswered. Fed Ex was slow. Fed Ex transit records showed that the watch sat in their Tracy, CA depot for 2-3 days before I received it. I did receive it on their originally predicted delivery date. Once you turn over a package to Fed Ex you are obviously at their mercy. Maybe they have "Covid problems" also in the form of manpower shortages. This form doesn't allow me to change my overall rating to 4 stars. I clicked 5 by mistake. Also, I emailed an inquiry many days ago about the availability of a different model. Never got a reply.

The product is just as expected. The only thing i dislike is the prices but the quality is great.

The watch is beautiful and awesome price, but I have to say it was very frustrating getting customer service representative no one answers the fone and I send about 3 email asking for a update on my purchase it took forever to get answer & to get the watch! After all I am Very pleased with the watch.

The product on my end was great. It was the delivery and wait time that bothered me. FedEx did not deliver on the date promised. Furthermore, paying for rush shipping should mean just that. I paid for rush shipping and did not get it when I should have.
