I'm a huge fan of the brand and I intend to continue shopping I'm just very very dissatisfied with the time it took to get my order,... Approximately a month is udderly disappointing.

Liked the watch

I made my purchase of two watches, I got one and the second one of almost two months never came. They tell me that they have no inventory... I didn't like the way because that watch was waiting for a gift... terrible service

Got everything but the watch out of stock.

It was a great experience I found everything that I needed and I was satisfied with the product.

Easy and simple but FedEx left the package in front of my Door with out ringing the Bell,"I was at home" other than that, perfect packaged

I wasn't pleased with the wait time on receiving my package, but I know there is a lot going on in the world right now which is causing delays. I'm also upset because I was under the assumption that I was ordering a man's watch, but when I received it, it was a woman's watch.

I waited 2 weeks and never got a confirmation of shipping. I called customer service and the man said it had not been shipped yet. I told him the order date etc., he kindly offered to free 2-day shipping. I was vey happy to finally receive my watch.

I understand the guidelines that it will take up to (4) days to process orders. When I pay for overnight it better not be 3 days again after you process my orders

I was refunded for shipping and happy with my product.

My product is a gift for Father's Day, have not opened it.
