Had an excellent shopping experience, the website laid out nicely. Easy to chose products.

I never knew about Invicta watches till a month ago. I own 3 Rolex, Breitling a Peugeot, 3 IWC watches and 2 Cartier.
And I believe the Invicta watch has so much character in many different ways, I can see myself buying these watches for myself and to give away to my nephews and grandchildren.

Took too long to ship
I was very pleased to receive what I ordered.
Freaky fast!
This item took to long to get here. I had to call customer service and it took a long time to get them on the phone. The bundle was excellent when I finally got it.
Very happy with the product once i received, but it took over 3-4 weeks to get it. When I called about
The delivery time the agent just gave me a phone script answer, and could not really tell me why I had not received it.
If you have a job in customer service you should know why your shipping is delayed, and answers to other customer service issues.
My first order a week ago was not accepted and THERE WAS funds on my card. Today I applied the WELCOME 10 coupon and got NO discount. You are screwed up.

The time between ordering and shipping could use some work. I would liked to have had a timeframe from when I ordered to when the product would be shipped.

Shopping was easy and there were many selections to choose from. I purchased a male and female watch. The male watch was more than expected. It has a very awesome look, strong and sturdy. The female watch to me looked nothing like what was presented online. It didn't wow me like when I saw it on screen. I didn't send it back because I don't believe in sending everything back. So I will be keeping it and trying another selections at a later time.
