The only complaint I have will be the delivery time. Under the circumstances I understand delivery times will be delayed, but if it's told to me how long it'll take to receive my product I expect my product to be delivered within the timeframe given. Other than that I love the product and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the watch.
I purchased 3 watches, and were pleased with 2. But one of the watches I had ordered was not as pictured on the website. I contacted customer service and they assured me what I received was correct, so then it looks like there's a misrepresentation on the website and the photo should be corrected. The issue was the band I received was not similar to the picture of the band on the website.
