Quick customer service. Delivery was slower than normal, but with the pandemic under way and the continual high demand for Invictas, I contacted Invicta and they assured me that the product would soon be out. Received it. Love it. Ready to order more...whoops, we already did!

I purchased the Invicta Yakuza model *******. I love the watch, the price was very fair! Took a little longer than the website said for them to ship it but...it is a pandemic, so it was understandable! Very happy with my overall purchase!

For the first time i had problems with invictastores after sales. I bought 3 watches but canceled 1 watch before it was delivered. Initially I was attended to immediately and the watch mentioned was canceled and not sent to my home, however the purchase was made on 05/25 and until today 06/23 the value of the canceled watch has not returned to the payment method used which was the invictacard. I have been trying to contact custome services and no one gives me feedback. It has disappointed me a lot. Would like a solution.
I call about 4 time in regard on my order because a not receiving my watch...and all the time was different excuses...1st it takes about 1 to 5 business day but it's been more than 5 working day, then it's to mush demand, then it's at the wearhouse, then it's in your way.and still waiting and waiting and finally got it...but was to many excuses.
