The whole shopping experience was full of BS. Read the review I submitted to the Florida BBB. It's not good. Get your act together. If I could have given you 0 stars, I would have, but the survey wouldn't let me advance otherwise.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered with an online purchase. After waiting over 2 weeks for my package and emailing about it, only after I contacted PayPal did the package mysteriously appear at my door. I had already told them I did not want the package at that point. The customer service, if that's what you want to call them, were rude and short with me when I contacted them about my product not being shipped nor did I receive a tracking number. After I told them I did not want the package they sent it anyway. Leaving me to have to return it and then charging me for shipping to return it, instead of giving me a full refund. This is a horrible company and I will never do business with them again.

Other than delivery being slow due to COVID-19, once I did receive notification that my items were being mailed, I got them pretty fast. Upon receiving the package I noticed the box was partially open but thankfully everything was in the box. Will definitely order again
