I ordered multiple items and all got delivered as ordered except for a bracelet that came in the wrong color. I emailed customer support to express my complaint but was told that it was a final sale and I was stuck with an item I didn't order with no compensation.

I purchased the watch as a gift for my husband. He really likes the watch. It took a little bit to ship out but the wait wasn't unreasonable either.

I love my watches and the price, it's just the carrier didn't put package on my front porch, put near my garage, which with everything going on, that wasn't the safest place. I also didn't like the time it took to get my item.
The non satisfaction comes from the item being a part of a previous order that came in pieces of the order over a long period of time. Eventually the football was taken off of that order for lack of inventory, but within a day or two it was back on the site and I ordered it again (this order). It still took a little longer than desired, but consideration for logistics impacted by COVID 19.
