I paid for two day service. I was told that it takes 5 business days to process and ship the product. On day 6 I called and asked what is going on was told the product is in stock but has not been gotten to yet due to Covid. I called again on day 10 and was told the same thing. This is not acceptable to me that a product I. Stock and does not have to come from somewhere else due to anything can not be pulled out of stock and shipped within 10 business days twice as long as your policy says. And then once shipped didn't receive it for 4 more days. I own several of your product but after this last experience not sure how many more I will.
