The online shopping was very easy to use and navigate. When I recieved the car shaped battery charger that I ordered it was broken and one of the flashlight bulbs did not work. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped me a new one. I recieved it very quickly and it works perfectly. There custmer service personnel are very friendly. Helpful and responsive. I would recommend purchasing from Invicta to anyone who wants great customer service and great products.
