Fairly good experience except for the website does not give enough description on the watches as far as if you can get replacement band pieces to make them larger that would be a major help. I need an extra pieces to make the band fit my wrist and I was told I could not get them for 6 months and I think that's terrible considering the amount of money I paid for the watch I think at least two maybe three links should be included with each watch especially for the price you pay for it

I ordered two watches and the first one was pretty easily adjusted to the second one which I'm not sure of the model number, is all black and there's no instructions on how to do adjustments to the size of band and the directions in the box did not pertain to this watch necessarily.
