Overall my experience was great. It was nice and easy to order, a simple process. My only concern would be the time that it took to ship my item. Like most online retailers I got an e-mail confimation when I placed the order and an e-mail once it had shipped, but it just took a while to ship.

I purchased a Coifmann SC0438. It is impossible to set up. Your Customer Service Dept. emailed me a 165 page manual for setting up Coifman Watches. There wasn't a Model even close to mine. You have features that cannot be setup with with any configurations you have. The watch is pretty, but a piece of worthless
Junk. How do I return it? I put many hours into working with it, I am very dissapointed.
